It’s easier said than done with the rise in both gas prices, groceries and just about everything else to not panic….yet.
However, we have found that by cutting back on errands and even just “luxuries” that we were use to such as, eating out once a week and just where we traveled too, what was really important and what was just wants that fill up empty time slots and empty souls.

I love how the Weymouth New Testament interpreted this verse: Now by “the Lord” is meant the Spirit; and where the Spirit of the Lord is, freedom is enjoyed.

The trip to New York was an amazing experience, though we were thrilled to be back home and back with the kids.
We had the opportunity to visit parts of Central Park and our guide that my husband’s company had hired, showed us some gardens that was in the area and this was a path that was off to the side of one of the gardens.

Father please forgive me for I can not compose
The fear that lives within me

It is such a pleasure to be back from vacation and looking forward to hearing and participating with everyone again.
The trip was a huge pleasure and such a joy to see…..the….BIG APPLE!!
Contrary to belief, the people there were nice and contrary to what you see on t.v., the city is so much bigger and beautiful.

The Written Word of God: the Bible
I believe that the Bible is God-breathed, inerrant, infallible, inspired by the Holy Spirit and authoritative. I believe the Bible consists of 66 books and they are to be interpreted according to their context and purpose in reverent obedience to the living Lord who speaks through them in power by the Holy Spirit. The primary purpose of Scripture is to lead to faith in Jesus. It is the final authority. (2 Timothy 3:16-17).
One living and true God
I believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons - Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.(Gen. 1:1; Duet. 6:4; Eph. 4:6; Mat. 3:16-17; Mat. 28:19; II Cor. 13:14; I Peter 1:2; I John 5:6-8.)
Salvation
I believe that the Lord Jesus Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures and salvation from sin is received only by the grace of God through personal faith in Jesus Christ. All who receive Him are justified on the basis of His shed blood, born of the Spirit and thereby become children of God.(I Cor. 15:3-4; Rom. 10:17; John 1:12; John 3:4-7,16; Acts 4:12; John 14:6; Rom. 3:10-11,23-24;Luke 13:5; Rom. 10:9-10,13; Eph. 2:8-9; Titus 3:5.)
The Church
I believe that the Church,is the living, spiritual Body of Christ, of which Jesus is the Head and all regenerated persons are members. The local church is the primary instrument of God for the extension of His Kingdom today.I believe that the Church, in addition to promoting worship and mutual edification, is to witness in word and deed to the reality of Christ as Savior and Lord, taking the gospel to all peoples, making disciples, baptising and teaching all that Christ has commanded. (Heb. 10:25; Mat. 16:18; Acts 2:47; I Cor. 1:2; Rom. 16:3-5; Gal. 1:2; Col. 1:18; Eph. 1:22-23.
The visible, bodily return of Christ and God's fair judgement
I believe that Jesus Christ will return to the earth physically to raise the dead, judge the world, consummate His glorious Kingdom, and bestow eternal blessing on those declared righteous through faith in Jesus Christ - this is the hope of the Church. The wicked, rejecting Christ as Lord and Saviour, will be fairly judged for their sins and will be banned from God's presence forever, along with Satan and his angels.
